In a way it was.
The problem is that a lot of bug reports on this forum are what I'd call
"potential" bugs in Palm OS. In many cases, the bug is actually in the
developer's app. In this case, someone usually points out the developer's
error. What I did before I joined Palm was to send bug reports to dev-supp
as well as here (or comm-dev-forum or whatever). Of course I always
researched the bug first.
