Duplicate resource warning message

Hi,

I have been getting the following warning message after adding another
resource file to the application:
     Link Warning : ignored duplicate resource '�MWC'(16400) in
'SPCChecklist.rsrc'

I did a search on all source files and header files, but there is no
resource id 16400.  Where is it coming from?  Thanks.
