Like Ben says, this will happen if you hand-install the Palm OS 4.0 SDK into
your CW Palm 7 installation and overwrite the newer 68K linker that comes with
CW Palm 7 that fixes this problem. However, if you did install using the
installer on the website, that would automatically plug only the appropriate
components into CW Palm 7.
