It only returns in SDK 4.0 because users mistakenly update their CW Palm
7 linker plugin with the one in the SDK 4 package. That linker is
intended for CW Palm 6 only.
The only SDK 4 plugin that should be installed into a CW Palm 7
installation is the new PalmRez Post Linker.
