Brian is correct. If you go to these sites you will see there exact
requirements and methods that Palm allows you to use to protect their
trademark. It is very specific as Brian has noted before. If you follow
these rules, Palm claims they will not consider your actions an
infringement. If you are really worried (paranoid to the extreme), go print
them out and put them in a file for your lawyer to refer to when they come
to get you ;>}
They do specifically discuss the www.palmJUNKandSTUFF.com and MyApp for Palm
OS, etc.
