RE: Wireless Prefs Panel App Switch Problem

It makes sense that the prefs category popup doesn't work. In order to make
it work when used modally, a label has to be included in the resources. This
label is used in place of the popup trigger. This is just another part of
what it takes to make a panel support being used in this way.
