you might want to check your email address is not bouncing.
can you ping palmgear.com from your email account? could be
a routing problem.
i had some problems over 2 years ago with a DNS entry somewhere
that would cause email from palmgear.com -> hig.se to never
make it.. it sometimes still doesn't make it now :) so, i asked
them to send it to another email address (actually, both)..
since then, no problems.
i also get PGHQ to send a custom email for each app to the user
which kinda removed my involvement from the purchase process,
where the user does registration themselves via as HTML form.
due to this, receiving the .csv isn't so important if it's a
day or two late..

thats not good. i'l contact palmgear directly and see if they
can send the files to a different email or two email addresses.
