I thought of that also but...

They use the same domain name for the manually generated CSV files as 
they do for the automatically generated files.  If it were a mail 
bouncing problem, why would I get the ones that I request and not the 
ones that PalmGear sends out automatically?

Anyway, I will check.  I've never actually pinged from my email.  How 
is that done?  I assume if my mail is bouncing, I won't get a 
response.  If I get a response, my email must not be bouncing.
