You'd think so but I've sent them about 5 emails and get no 
assistance in this.  They keep saying request them manually.

But the "one" bounce theory does not work.  There have been 8 CSV 
files (or more) over the past week.  ONLY those don't get through.  
When I request these (over several days also), the reqested file gets 
through (same domain name).  Also, I have been in contact with others 
at PalmGear (another matter) and those emails get to me ok (same 
domain name).

Anyway, it's not your problem and I do thank you for your suggestions.
