I have used the Xircom for the Handspring with a LinkSys AP. We have had
very good luck. Speed was pretty good sending and receiving (although we
were not doing web browsing) We created a wireless application using
PocketStudio and ASTA servers (ASTA has a shared library on the client and a
server product). The demo took in a survey and signature capture, then
displayed it on the server... If you are interested, ASTA supports
PocketStudio, CodeWarrior, and other development tools for the PalmOS (and
Windows, Linux, PocketPC as well). http://www.astatech.com . I think he
has several of the demos available for download. Nice technology.
