I agree that 3.1 and up is good enough these days, but my (freeware) app 
still runs on 2.0 and up, and I prefer to keep it that way as long as it 
doesn't require a major effort to do so.

Yep. Already did it once with pilrc and FrmSetMenu(), very easy.
