there is list of applications to download from Rez Pavilion. Palm Universal
Debugger and new Resourse tools (which isn't available too) are listed.

Can I use Code Warrior R6 with the latest patches? If no, can I use
standalone Palm Debugger? I checked it again and Palm Debugger v3.6d7 (from
SDK40_41 update) can't connect to the Simulator. It reports that serial link
is failed.
