Thanks, Joe.  The part that trips me up is that what is set forth below says
you can create derivative works to "distribute internally", which seems
different than "license or sell."

Thanks for the feedback.  I will check with an attorney on the 'legal-ese'.
Meantime, I assume others have developed derivative products and re-sold
them without issue, providing of course they include the copyright notice
required by Palm?
