Hi everybody. I know my answer is for an old message, but I only want to say that maybe Palm PIM code is not available but you've got some GNU utilities that do the same thing, and which code is available for you and everyone.
Try so see what it behind "jpilot" or "gnome-pilot" packages to see more in deep how it works. I use Linux with my Palm V and my Visor Prism and never had any problem. To sync I use "gpilotd" and I have my contacts and addresses on Evolution (www.ximian.com). Maybe software patents do not help you with your need, but you've got always the open source equivalent to research and watch the internals. Try to find our this programs and study its code. It's C, so you could easily port it to any OS. Best regards, Jos Rodrguez Ruibal Geoff Thompson wrote: >Thanks, Joe.
