It sounds to me like something's not installed right. At least I don't recall seeing your problem on my similar setup. Maybe delete/reinstall POSE and CW? Did you have an older version of either once? Or maybe the CW demo? Sorry to be so vague. As for long build times, learn how to set up the precompiled headers (Scott Johnson had some posts on that a year or more back--see archives). Once that's set up your compiles will scream (even on my 280k project!).
