Yes, I have that setting checked. Basically v8.2 CodeWarrior and POSE 3.5 do not work together very well. I just can't get re-built versions to load reliably. Therefore, I must hard reset POSE before every run, a time consuming nuisance.
I have ruled out a bad install, two different machines react the same. 9 out of 10 times the re-built version fails to load. I've used CW since version 5. Version 7 seemed to work okay, now after upgrading to version 8 I have taken a step back in usability. On a newly built small app it seems to work ok. This is a project that has been upgraded from 5, to 6, to 7, and now 8. Shouldn't be a problem, I don't think. Any ideas? The only other way this should happen is if you've told the debugger not to load the app when it starts the session. Check your Edit-Preferences in the PalmDebugger Settings panel. Make sure you've got the option "Download the application to the device" checked, so the debugger will load the new version. -hkmlt -- For information on using the Palm Developer Forums, or to unsubscribe, please see http://www.palmos.com/dev/support/forums/
