Hi Ben, I upgraded my 505 to Palm OS 4.1. I'm still having the same problem where the 505 cannot receive any data sent by the sled. Still no problems with a 515 though. I've looked over the electrical diagrams and it seems like there are no differences between the pins for the 500/505 and the 515. A very strange problem indeed..
