HI - thanks for the comment.
A hard reset - blanks the screen - Palm logo comes up and then a page 
with preference options.  Since the pen calibration is so far off, I 
can't use the top inch of the screen, i.e., can't change the menu to 
get to the calibration page.  I'm stuck???
