I just upgraded to OS X 10.2. While I haven't used CW 8 extensively yet, I have notice no problems. I have run the emulator a few times, stepped through my code, and stopped the debugger without any crashes or other problems.
That said, I haven't used it extensively, but from my limited use it appears that is well.
