Another data point: I've been running CW/P 8.3 with Mac OS X 10.2 (POSE 3.5, Palm OS 5 SDK) for about 2 weeks, writing and debugging code around 5-6 hours a day, and haven't had any trouble at all (apart from slow single-stepping in the debugger).
