I had heard that one of the differences between 5.0 and 5.1 was the
addition of the sampled sound support.
Palm OS 5.1 devices should Sound Manager support, but it does not mean
Palm OS 5.0 devices does not.
The Sony PEG-NX60 runs 5.0 and returns sysErrNotAllowed when I
try to use sampled sound.
Sony have it's own Sound Manager, check the Sony SDK.
