Several patches from me that you'll find in the pilrc-developer
archives.
Also I plan to write a patch that unifies as much of the bitmap/icon
syntax as possible so that it would all be triggered by a BITMAP keyword
instead of the current mishmash of BITMAP/BITMAPFAMILY/ICONFAMILY/
BITMAPFAMILYEX etc, and deprecate the latter. When BITMAPFAMILYEX was
first mooted, Ben noted that it would be preferable to try to avoid
introducing a new random keyword; that was my major objection too.
