Also, don't forget, NetFront is the "official" PalmSource supported browser (for proxy-less browsing on OS >= 5.1), so I assume that the NetFront folks also get some "special" support from PalmSource as well...

normal developers wont be given the option of writing arm native apps.
licensee's can build native apps tho - but, they'll require some tie
in with the rom if i understand correctly.
