Development tool choice is pretty personal, like picking boxers or

Codewarrior: The UI on Windows was pretty bad with Palm 8. However, from
what I've heard they've done a few simple things to drastically improve
it with Palm 9. I'm still using 8, though, since I need to be able to
compile from my Mac as well.

Falch: I don't have the product so I can't really speak for support. But
I certainly see a lot of @falch.net names on this forum. If I were
developing on Windows only, I'd probably use Falch, but again I don't
speak from experience so it could be that there are some really rough
spots I don't know about.

VB-like environments: It really depends on what you're looking for,
doesn't it? Do you want to code in a VB-like language or C? If you want
to code in VB, you're obviously not going to use Codewarrior!
