I can't speak to their support, as I've been able to figure most things out myself, but I really like Falch's product. I don't want or need lots of the bells-n-whistles that CodeWarrior (and even Falch) provide. I just like the IDE environment with the ability to debug within the same app. The fact that it can do this on top of the freeware tools makes it the choice for me. I can do open source Palm development and be confident that others will be able to contribute because they don't need to buy a license of any particular tool.
