If you have a 4k plus memo on your device... then have to hard reset... when you try to restore your data, you cannot do it. The HotSync will hang up at the memo db. (Well I don't think it tells you what the problem is... that is just what I figured out was causing the problem. If I remember right, I deleted the long memo in the desktop and was then able to restore my data.) At least that is what I remember happening....
