Developer Suite - mirrors?

I've tried a couple of times - the best result was that I've downloaded 
1.75mb before the connection goes dead. I'll never download this thing, 
especially when there's no support for some download manager like 
flashget and I can't resume.
Maybe it's not legal someone make a mirror of that, but I have to ask or 
I'll end up trying weeks to download it.
