Let's not forget the developers who build applications without the
use of GUI tools, such as automatic server-side (non-GUI) generated code.
If the tool requires the use of a GUI to manage the resources, it
drops in usefulness over the prior .rcp method of resource management.
But you all know my feelings about that anyway. ;)
