I sent it via private e-mail. (The file is 15K.)
One problem could be insufficient card space. TX card really had too little
space, which I noticed too late. Anyway, I would expect that any serious
installer must discover this and give some error message. Otherwise the user
does not know that the installation failed.
At present it looks like working on 3 handhelds. (Except - as I verified -
the card space is treated incorrectly.)
The other thing is the emulator behavior. Yesterday I was testing with T600
emulator and it worked perfectly. Today T650 and Garmin show the behavior I
described before: Complete set of files is installed, but each one empty and
locked against the delete.
I am still not sure whether I can trust this software or we should rather
make our own installer.
