Hi Yoshi,

Maybe I was confusing! I'm not saying that the IP address/port number should 
not be part of the PANA session attributes.
I'm just saying that the wording:

       *  IP address and UDP port number of the PaC.

Might not be correct if you are considering NAT. But it is not a strong point 
for me. Just a Nice-to-Have if considered to be useful.
