Paola,

It may just be that you need better blades; the inexpensive knives
come with blades that are thinner than the "standard" X-Acto type, and
they do tend to flex a lot more. Also keep in mind that as your blade
gets dull, you apply more pressure to the cut, and this will also
cause the blade to "wander" a bit.
