Man, this bites the BIG one. Who wants to bet the jobs are going somewhere else?

You know what would be a great thing for this government to do? Find out how
much the business' are saving by outsourcing the jobs, and MAKE them lower the
prices on the items/services they sell/offer by the same amount.

I got a spam offer from Snap-on, the other day, offering me a franchise. Yea,
right. Maybe I should tell them to go hold their breath, and have someone else
help them if they get tired.

Off the top of my head, you still have some time to train for truck driving. I
don't know what the job situation is like there.

A new tax season is coming up, so the IRS is hiring. (This is also directed to
James Hairston [sp?}. I don't know how close he lives to Austin, Tx). I know, I
know, "Me, work for the government?? eeewwww!!!!"

All I can say is "Any port in a storm...."

That's was saved my butt when one of the two local J.C. Penney stores announced
they were closing. I got an offer from the IRS the weekend before they made the
announcement. When they made their announcement, I made mine.

Oh well, gotta get off this thing & take the Mom-in-law to the doctor's. If I
think of anything else, I'll add to it later. Maybe someone out there has some
other ideas worth trying.

Keep a good attitude toward the family... You support them. It's now time for
them to give you a little back.

My prayers are with you.

Duane
