        A lot of the studios use LaCie and they rarely have problems. however 
when they go down they do it spectacularly (as befits this business). 
There are ways to recover or fix them but the MAC place will be totally 
clueless as few of their "techs" are worth the title. A friend lost 
500GB of data on his MAC and was told by the MAC store people nothing 
could be done. It was able to be recovered but not by them. Critical 
lesson: Never trust the MAC store, go to the experts on computer 
failure, the Windows ITs =^-^=
