I'd put both English and the translation if I were to go this route. While simple blocks of text or messages would be acceptable, I don't know if I'd want to trust it for translating an address. How would I know if the translated address actually represented the true address?
I lived in Germany for a time and using that as an example, I can tell you that address assignment methods are totally different. In Germany, the street number is assigned when the house is built, not sequentially, by position. Address #1 could be in the middle of the block. Street names are fairly straightforward. However, in the Chinese systems, there are upwards of 50,000 characters - with multiple characters representing nuances of words. How would you really know which address translation was correct - unless you were asking the person on the other end of the connection? And since it's a buyer who will leave negative feedback if I get the address wrong, well, you see where this is going. I know that the Japanese postal system has handled mail that I've sent in English and it's gotten to the destination. And if the address is in Japanese, how would our USPS translate it?
