Thanks for the good wishes. I was out of a regular job from August 2006 to May 2007. The market for my area is very competitive with a lot of the work being sent offshore. Plus, with the economy the way it is, those firms who still are doing implementations are not willing to pay travel expenses. And there aren't many Oracle shops in Western Washington - it tends to be Microsoft country - not biting the hand that feeds...
