Dear Sir: If you have installed in your computer an office package with the latest version of word it will be possible for you to scan the "papercopies of text" that you mention.
After doing that you can use the word 2003 (i.e) by copying and paste the scan view to text. Then you can use any online translator in the way that you prefer to use ( google translator, babylon, etc). If you send me the data of the programs that you run usually I´try to help you.
