I have far more knives than is really necessry (can you say, "aichmophilia?" <G>) but the one I use most is the same Fiskars model as Doug's. Fry's Electronics had them for about US$3 the last time I looked there, and Target had them in pretty pastel colors for about US$6 last week. I've switched to using #11 surgical blades made by Havel's, Inc., instead of hobby blades, though.
