I don't think we even have that here in Aussie land. I'm sure though, there would be a way of picking it all up with the right satellite dish.
Our "cable" service only has about 10 channels - and most of them are just copies of each other. We definitely don't have a history channel of military channel. Maybe because we don't have a huge amount of history!
