Are the pens just for collecting or do you use them? Handwriting; due to years of e-mail communication, is almost a lost art at least with me. A few weeks ago a good friend celebrated his 60th birthday. I wanted to say something about our over thirty year friendship rather than just sign onto a birthday card so I made an outline -on the computer, pressed my thoughts, and typed out a meaningful paragraph or two. I grabbed an Ultra Fine Point SHARPIE permanent marker pen and started writing those computer generated typed words onto his birthday card. Great Balls of Fire! My hand was scribbling! I had to concentrate to recapture my handwriting of old.
