I find the ink it comes with to be a bit thin, though. I have gotten disappointed enough with fountain pens, they're all in the attic right now, so I don't remember the various brands. My first one was a retractable (Namiki?), a gift from a friend. Levenger sold them. It had a very fine nib, which allowed me to write a little slower on checks and not have it soak (meaning spread) into the paper. I can't use fountain ink (or rollerball ink for that matter)at all in my check register. The paper Levenger sells is nice but expensive. What I crave is a small spiral notebook, narrow ruled that would be good for fountain ink. I guess my complaint is that the papers I have to write on -- received from various places -- are not fountain ink friendly. Maybe what I need is an ink that won't clog the pen or soak into the paper. :-] I appreciate the suggestions. I'll look around. Denise P.S. -- I'm testing the scissors suggestions made her in response to my left handed scissors whine. I'll try to give a report soon. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Papermodels II" group.
