Hey Michael,

I know in the US there's 'something' against solvent-based glues.... but they are the best.
The fear for this stuff makes it somewhat difficult to get, as I understood.

A working substitute are the white waterbased glues or even simple white woodglue.
Overhere we also have waterbased officeglues, clear and waterbased.
Can be usable in some cases, but I'm no fan.... Too much water and therefore too much disforming of the paper.

All kinds of tape should be banned. In the long time they will loosen and leave a dirty unrepairable stain on the model.

My tip: buy little packages of various glues and try and feel which suits YOU the best. The combination with your paper also has influence. Experiment and experience is the best wat to go. And that can only be done just by doing!

Goodluck and inform us about your results.

Greetings from Holland
