I had a Epson printer a time ago, with a CIFS too. 3000 copies and it stopped :) Same problem of the HP: motherboard is gone. But the print quality of the Epson with the CIFS is not good. In my HP I don't see difference between the print with the original cartdridge and with the CIFS. The photo quality is the same. But I discovered that I need to buy ink made to the OfficeJet line, not for the Deskjet, or the heads will have problems.
