I side with Mandy on this one. It's also faster and safer to back it up on your
own equipment.
Also, if you're the type of person who doesn't regularly back up, you won't do
it just because it's available on the "cloud".
God, take control of your own destiny.

Personally, I don't get how people are ok with putting all their private data
on a big corporations hard drive and thinking that it's not being watched.. I'm
not a conspiracy theorist, but it's just a little bit frightening. Also, it's
frighteningly slow to upload and download, and could just all disappear in a
hackers eyeblink. :s Corporations need documents and lawyers to set up backup
drives in third party places, with security clearances etc and red tape. Who's
to say that some hacker isn't a member and once they have limited access, the
next step is a simple one to get full access to everyone else. (I can hack your
computer once you let me get my hands on the attached keyboard.... mwa ha ha)

I'll keep it all close to my chest, thanks. ;) Cloud is just big brother in
sheeps clothing.

If you have an account with Amazon, they will give you 5GB of internet
disk space to use as you like, You can't transfer whole disk trees,
but you can with control A select all the files of a directory and
upload them in one shot. Single file size limit is a generous 2GB.
Sure beats a memory stick for transferring just a few files.
