SOMEONE had wax pencils, which he used to fill the edges of models. My girlfriend who was there with me LOVED those and wants a set. She's a scrapbooker, not a cardmodeler (but she can still be my friend).
Anyway, can someone tell me what these pencils are? He said they were water-soluble and available at Dick Blick.
