Thanks!  Yes it was the Caran D'Ache Neocolor 2 Aquarelle.

These are for my roomie, who's very into scrapbooking and always looking
for something new and wonderful.  For me, if i want to color edges I can
borrow one of her hundreds of crayons or pencils.

She suggested, to solve Karl's problem, trying the Faber-Castell Gelato
crayons which can be used wet or dry and it's made to use on regular paper,
not watercolor paper.

(She's not looking ~ I know what to get her for Christmas :) )
