This is the current state of build...filling the gaps with model putty, very slow work indeed. I left the main hatch half open and added interior detail to the inside of the hatch and cut out a pie slice from the roof, too much interior detail not to be seen. The slice will be removable, there will be a noticeable join but I thought that better than not seeing most of the detail inside. The landing legs are done and painted but that will be the last thing to fit, yet to thermoform a dome for the top...getting there. Maybe an LED inside....don't know yet.
