I know, but *have you done what I suggested?* Just to be crystal clear. parl.exe isn't getting installed on at least one of my win XP machines, therefore PAR can't do anything *at all* on that machine. The other machine has a parl.exe, but generates exe's with the same symptoms as you describe... Therefore I have started to wonder whether perhaps I have an old version of parl.exe left over from a previous install, and not the latest one. Perhaps this is the problem....? It's a long shot, but it's not exactly going to take you ages to test it and find out??!
