For future, PAR developement, I intend to adopt an even more radically
anarchistic regime than Pugs, namely by inviting interested people to
be project admins -- you can log in to openfoundry and invite other people
to be project admins from this URL:

The criteria for inviting new committers is similar with Pugs's:
1) Subscribed to [email protected], and
2) Willing to help
