No, you can still do that, provided you also comply with sections 1-7 of
Artistic 2.0.

Section 8 just allows you to distribute an embedded Perl interpreter in
another application without _any_ further restrictions if you don't
expose the fact that you embedded Perl to your end users.

This is getting increasingly off-topic, but I wanted to make sure
nobody takes the wrong conclusion when stumble on this thread via
Google in a year or two. :)
