I keep using perl module Gtk2 1.142 and yes I changed c
libraries.

When I use the old libraries it's all the same - script is functioning
but executable emitting GLib-GObject errors.

I reverted to PAR::Packer 0.15 with no improvement. Really don't know
which change had an adverse effect.

I also searched in gtk+.perl archives and there was someone having the
same symptoms with the answer that glib's initialization code doesn't
run after the perl packager processed all included files.
